Trajectory

The company that today has 18 branches throughout the Venezuelan territory, and 8 agencies in Colombia; and with an average collections of US $ 400 million, it owes its origins to the trajectory of its founder, who spent 25 years in important positions in Venezuelan banking.

His visionary mentality made in 1993, during a stay in the United States, he perceived the existence of two trends in the world of collections: Outsourcing and Consulting. Based on the above and knowing the need for financial institutions, and any company that grants credit, to have a supplier that mixes these two trends, it began operations in 1994, with a company that preceded Fidélitas.

In 1998, with a multidisciplinary team and reorienting operations, Fidélitas began to provide its services to clients that still continue in its extensive portfolio.

From that moment on, Fidélitas has experienced significant growth that has led it to currently have 18 branches, and 153 people in Venezuelan territory; jointly, 8 Agencies and 75 specialists in Colombia.
